ONE TO ONE AND SMALL GROUP YOGA

I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the many physical and mental benefits of yoga.
I know that taking the first steps to begin your yoga practice can be daunting, so I offer one to one and small group yoga where I will help you to develop your yoga abilities at a pace that works for you.
We will spend time building a strong foundation for your yoga practice so that you can learn and grow with confidence.
PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer 1:1 or 1:2 personal training where you can both train with me to achieve your health and fitness goals together.

Whether you want to lose a few pounds, train for a race or build strength, I will take time to understand your goals and develop a plan with you that will fit in around your life.
​
Most importantly, I will do everything that I can to make our sessions enjoyable - health and fitness should never be a chore!

ABOUT ME
WHY TRAIN WITH ME?
Health and fitness is my passion but I know only too well, how difficult it can be to fit in training around work and family responsibilities. Of course you have to work hard to achieve your goals but I will help you to build realistic plans that work for YOU!

I've also learned from personal experience the importance of a balanced training programme which is why I emphasise building strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. All of which will help you to build the functional fitness foundations which will support your day to day activities and your training.
